Excitement is sure Buzzzzing around!  The New 2023-2024 Annual Catalog goes live (tomorrow) May 2, 2023.  Not only are there five new In-Colors, there is a color revamp meaning we lost some favorites, brought back a few good ones and are introducing some never seen before colors.  And as always, brand new designer series paper, stamp bundles/suites and collections, but accessories too. 

In case you have not seen, here is what the 2023-2024 catalog cover looks like. 

I am super excited to share a few new products that made up my project.  Let's take a look:

• card base is New color BUBBLE BATH... its a real nice pink with a slight lavender undertone 
• ink and ribbon color is MOODY MAUVE which is a new 2023-2025 In Color 
• embossing folder is called COUNTRYSIDE BLOOMS and is in the "Countryside Inn Suite Collection"
• words, banner, and flowers are all from the "Timeless Arrangements Bundle"

I embossed a piece of Basic White card stock and used a Blending Brush to lightly color with Moody Mauve.  The embossed raised images grabbed the ink nicely to show off the embossing folder.

We BEE Stamping Team Blog Hop - Final Farewell To In Colors

Welcome!  This is a somewhat bitter sweet post.  It's that time when we say goodbye to the 2021-2023 In-Color collection (Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent, and Evening Evergreen).

So.... why did I say somewhat bitter sweet above?  Because 1) the retiring colors means new colors are coming and 2) Fresh Freesia is staying!  I'm so excited about this one as it is one of my all time favorite colors.  Fresh Freesia will now be a core Stampin' Up! color.  

We wanted to pay tribute to all the colors before they leave us on May 1st, the last day to order from the 2023 Mini Catalog and 2022-2023 Annual Catalog.

My cards feature the Brilliant Wings Dies (retiring) and carry-over stamp set, Artistically Inked.  I die cut each size butterfly in an In-Color and in Basic Black.  The black butterflies are glued flat while the color ones are only glued in the center.

Share A Milkshake

Who doesn't love a good milkshake? Especially on a warm summer day. 

This adorable bundle is called Share a Milkshake and has so many cute features about it; I'll list a few of my favs below.  Let's take a look at my card first. 

I used Polished Pink card stock for my card base.  And Polished Pink Ink for two of the ice cream scoops (stamp off on scrap paper to create a lighter shade) and for sponging the background color.  Soft Succulent ink makes the milkshake glass and also Pale Papaya and Mint Macaron for the other ice cream scoops. 

Stampin' Dimensionals are perfect to create and show off the different layers on this one.  Don't forget about our Mini Dimensionals for those cherries!
